Dr. Anna Kolomitseva is the founder of Independently Healthy Wellness & Coaching, a concierge functional wellness practice that partners with high-achieving women to improve metabolic health, hormone balance, and long-term wellness through personalized care.

A licensed naturopathic physician, Dr. Kolomitseva developed The Stop Dieting Method™, a 12-week program that combines functional testing, individualized nutrition, and micro-habit coaching.
