Little Adventurers Cohort for 7–12 months
Play is not “just play.”
It’s brain development.

Between 7–12 months, your baby’s world expands quickly.

Crawling. Pulling to stand. Transitioning to sitting.
Pointing. Babbling. Showing frustration. Wanting you — and wanting independence.

When your baby stacks (or knocks down) blocks, it’s not random.

It’s:
• Motor planning
• Hand-eye coordination
• Problem solving
• Cause and effect
• Emotional regulation

In this stage, play becomes the foundation for movement, communication, and even sleep.

Inside my 6-week Parent & Baby Course (7–12 months), we focus on:

• Supporting crawling and creeping safely
• Encouraging independent eating
• Responding to frustration without escalating it
• Understanding how movement impacts sleep
• Creating a nurturing environment that builds confidence

Because this stage isn’t just busy.
