Hours at a desk can lead to:
• Tight shoulders
• Neck stiffness
• Headaches
• Hip tension
• Low back discomfort
Small amounts of tension add up over weeks and months.
Regular massage therapy helps reduce muscle overload so you can work more comfortably and move better outside the office.
Your body works hard, even when you're sitting.

The Difference Between Feeling Better and Staying Better
Many people wait until pain becomes impossible to ignore.
The problem?
By then, muscles have often been compensating for weeks or months.
A consistent treatment plan helps:
✅ Reduce recurring tension
✅ Improve mobility
✅ Support recovery
Keep progress moving forward
Recovery isn't always about one appointment. Sometimes consistency makes the biggest difference.

🚨 Before you say yes to surgery, watch this.

Brad has worked with countless people after surgery who tell him the same thing:
"I wish I had known there were other options."

🎧 Would you try every conservative option before surgery?

You stretch every day, but the tension keeps coming back.
Stretching improves flexibility, but it doesn't always address muscle restrictions, trigger points, or the underlying cause of discomfort.
Massage therapy helps improve tissue mobility, reduce muscle tension, and support better movement so your stretching becomes more effective.
If you've been doing everything right but still feel tight, it may be time to address the muscles themselves.
