Heaviness got you down?

Here’s why these 4️⃣ things help.

1️⃣Inversion lets gravity do the work, easing pressure off your pelvic floor so those tissues can actually relax instead of fighting against gravity all day.

2️⃣Child’s pose breathing, breathing low into your back and your pelvic floor, helps restore posterior pelvic floor mobility, and decrease tension so things have a place to go

3️⃣The ILU massage follows the actual path of your colon, and helps move things along and relieves constipation, which is often a huge trigger for heaviness and flare-ups.

4️⃣And legs up the wall is basically a gentler version of inversion, draining pressure and calming your nervous system so your pelvic floor can actually let go.

Tips like this will be woven through my core reset challenge starting next week, so DM me “challenge” if you want in!

Nobody’s perfect ok?

Can’t a medical professional still laugh at potty words?

Doesn’t mean I don’t get the job done tho🫡🫡

That lower belly pooch that gets worse by the end of the day?

If weight loss and more core work haven’t touched it, it may be something else.

Here are 3 things I’d actually check first in the clinic.

Comment which one you think is you and I’ll send you a longer video on how to check yourself for it and what to do.

“1” for pelvic floor tension
“2” for ab gripping
Or “3” for anterior pelvic tilt

I’ve spent so much time trying to understand my anterior pelvic tilt.

Stretch the hip flexors.
Strengthen the glutes.
Tuck the pelvis.

Posture posture posture!!

But lately I’ve been wondering if I’ve been asking the wrong question.

The more I learn about hypermobility, the more I wonder how much it’s influenced the way my body has learned to create stability.

I don’t have the answer yet. I’m just connecting the dots in real time.

If you’re hypermobile too, I’d love to know—have you ever felt like this started explaining parts of your body that never quite made sense?

Even your abs deserve a holiday 🇺🇸

I promise holding your abs in all day today causes more trouble than it’s worth.

Save the flex for the instagram photo and then let it all hang out🤙🏼

SIJ pain in pregnancy isn’t only “relaxin problems.”

Yes, your joints are more mobile right now. But pain often happens when your body is struggling to manage that mobility, not just because the mobility exists.

A lot of the time it’s asymmetrical loading, poor load transfer through the pelvis (stairs, getting out of the car, getting dressed), or a core system that’s not quite keeping up with your changing belly.

Getting your glutes, core, and breath working together can make a real difference.
