✨Meet Jessica, FNP-C✨

Jessica Stimis is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience caring for patients in long term care, intensive care, emergency, and post-anesthesia settings. She had a deep appreciation for both the complexity of the human body and the importance of disease prevention and spiritual health.

Jessica is passionate about whole-person care and helping patients understand the factors that influence their health beyond a diagnosis. Her approach incorporates evidence-based medicine alongside nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and individualized lifestyle changes. She is particularly interested in holistic health including spiritual health, weight management, and helping patients address the underlying contributors to chronic disease.

Her passion for looking beyond the traditional approach to healthcare has also been shaped by her own family's experiences navigating complex health challenges including her son's rare genetic disorder. Those experiences have reinforced her belief that patients and families deserve to feel heard, empowered, and supported in finding the best path toward better health.

Outside of medicine, Jessica is a wife and mother of two young boys. She enjoys spending time gardening, walking in nature, and reading.

Very important message from Dr. Sloan

To all of my wonderful patients,
I want to sincerely thank each of you for your patience, understanding, and support during my time away. I had to step back to address some very serious personal medical issues that required my full attention. While it was a difficult season, I'm grateful to share that I finally feel better than I have in the past two years. I have a renewed sense of clarity, strength, and purpose, and I'm excited to once again pour my knowledge, my heart, and the gifts I've been blessed with into caring for each of you.
I will begin seeing patients again on Monday, August 10th. If you're an existing patient who needs a follow-up, I look forward to getting you back on the schedule. If you're a new patient, I can't wait to meet you and begin your journey toward better health. Thank you again for your kindness, your prayers, and your patience. I truly love and appreciate each and every one of you, and I look forward to seeing you very soon. Maybe I can deliver another 25 years. The best that I can be is when I'm able to give my knowledge, experience, and Gods healing love directly to you.
