Job Description
We are looking for the right person to help our growing practice provide excellent customer service, compassionate patient interactions, and responsiveness to the care providers.

The Darji Clinic specializes in helping patients who suffer from the disease of addiction. The main office is located in Cu***ng, Georgia and currently consists of three physicians and two nurse practitioner. As the disease of addiction takes its toll on Americans across the country, the Darji Clinic has been on the front lines helping patients find a cost effective solution to treatment while maintaining the highest level of customer service and quality of care.
The Darji Clinic is an outpatient private practice clinic. Patients are treated with a customized approach to their condition and receive monthly treatment sessions. Medically-assisted treatment is a mainstay of most patients' treatment plans in addition to counseling with their provider. Urine drug screens are done in the office as well.
The right person will be someone who is:
- Compassionate about helping others
- Able to work in a team without being micro-managed by others
- Exceptionally pleasant with patients on the phone and in-person
- Understands the importance of working in a medical clinic and takes their role seriously
- Has strong clinical documentation skills, proficient in English grammar and spelling, and able to effectively comunicate with others.

Duties include:
- Being able to triage patients and prepare them for their visit with their provider
- Interacting with patients in a professional and compassionate manner on the phone and when they come to the office
- Patient scheduling, payment collection, and helping with other administrative duties
- Multi-tasking online in an excel spreadsheet, scheduling software, and electronic health record system (training will be provided to you)
- Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 1230pm. No weekends. Minimum of 40 hours / week paid.

Requirements:
- LPN preferred with 3 years of direct patient care experience. Will only consider others if there is significant experience in patient care.
- Front office experience strongly preferred
- Experience with patient scheduling and booking essential for this position
- Must be comfortable with technology and multitasking in a fast paced environment
- Experience using EMR (electronic medical record) software such as Practice Fusion, eClinicalWorks, Epic Systems, etc strongly preferred.
- No prior criminal history (background check will be done)
- Random drug-screening in the office of all employees
- Preference will be given to those with experience in nursing.
- Must have three current references (no more than 3 year old; past employers will be contacted for verification)
- Probationary period for 90 days to see if you're the right fit or not. Quarterly bonuses after one year (or sooner based on performance review).
