We don’t want anyone to panic because the Georgia Department of Health has not *confirmed* this case yet, but we have been flooded with calls from worried parents! A local daycare reported a case of Chicken Pox earlier today, so here’s a quick list of the questions being asked so you can save yourself a little bit of time!

Hey Villagers! School’s back which means 🦠 are too!

So we’re back to Saturday Sick Visits again! They will be available all through sick season so hopefully we can help you avoid the Urgent Care!

Between 8am-4pm on Saturdays, if you are an ESTABLISHED patient and need a routine sick appointment that can be handled via TeleMedicine, please text us at 470.238.9752 & one of Village Peds providers will call you back!
Please note, this service is not available for new patients!

Unsure if your appointment can be a TeleMed? Send us a text and we’ll direct you to the Urgent Care or ER if needed!

There are NO extra charges or fees!

*Regular insurance policies do apply including co-pays, deductibles & co-insurances as these are documented medical visits with your provider*

As always, for any EMERGENCIES, please call 911 or visit the local Emergency Room!

Hey Parents!

We’re trying to take the guess work out of all those forms you need to register for school!

The first is the 3300 form which is the Certificate of Vision, Hearing, Dental & Nutrition Screening. The whole thing can be completed by your Pediatrician and is typically routinely done at the 4 year and 5 year old wellness visits!

The second is the 3231 which is the Certificate of Immunization form which must be signed & dated by your provider to be valid. If you are a vaccinating family, it will be valid after your child’s 4 year vaccines until they are due for Middle School vaccines when they turn 11.

Sometime in your early thirties, your husband is going to tell you to quit your job and start over. It’s very important that you listen.

At first you’ll say no. You have three young kids, ages 6, 3 and not even 1. Your husband was recently diagnosed with a life-threatening, chronic disease. You’re scared, tired and disenchanted with corporate medicine.

And it’ll be one of the very best decisions you’ve ever made. And eight years later, you’ll look back and be amazed at the Village YOUR Village created 🤍🖤
