Your pelvic health doesn’t have to be complicated. 🤍

You don’t need an hour-long workout, a perfect routine, or a million exercises to start feeling better in your body.

Sometimes, it’s the small things we do consistently that make the biggest difference.

That’s why I created 10 Days to Better Pelvic Health — a FREE 10-day email series designed to give you one simple, practical habit each day to support your bladder, bowel, core, and pelvic floor health.

And I’m so excited to be partnering with Women in Business Roswell to bring this series to you!

✨ Evidence-based tips
✨ Simple actions you can actually implement
✨ Short videos + helpful resources
✨ No overwhelm or complicated routines
✨ Plus an optional live Q&A at the end!

Each day, we’ll tackle a common pelvic health question or myth, break down the why behind what’s happening in your body, and give you something practical to try.

📩 We start September 14!

If you’ve been wanting to learn more about your pelvic health but don’t know where to start, this is for you.

Comment “PELVIC HEALTH” below and I’ll send you the link to register! 💚

My Ninja journey started in 2019 on Season 11 of American Ninja Warrior. I placed 2nd out of the women in my regional qualifier and made it to the 5th obstacle, just missing the buzzer.

I got the call for Season 12, but the pandemic happened. I came back for Season 13 in 2021, placed 1st out of the women in my regional qualifier… and once again went out on the 5th obstacle, SO close to that buzzer.

Then came Season 14.

I got the call and thought, “This is my buzzer year.”

Until I found out I was pregnant and had to opt out.

And then… life happened.

I took FIVE YEARS off. I had two babies, we moved, I started a business, and my priorities changed.

But I wasn’t quite ME without Ninja.

So I’m BACK. 🥹

Heading into my third season, and this time I’m here for that BUZZER.

And this season is extra special because I get to show my daughters that Mom isn’t JUST Mom.

Mom is strong. Mom is fast. Mom is a warrior. Mom has dreams. And Mom chases them.

I want them to know they can become moms, build a family, AND continue to chase the things that make them feel alive.

Now… the story behind NEVER QUIT NINJA.

After multiple knee surgeries, I was told my athletic career was over. I quit gymnastics. I quit cheerleading. I never got to pursue my collegiate cheerleading dreams. At times, I believed my athletic career was over too.

Then, after knee surgery #5, I was on the couch flipping through channels when American Ninja Warrior came on. I was hooked.

I decided I was going to do it someday.

I started doing pull-ups during every commercial break that night. Ninja became my motivation throughout rehab, and when I was finally strong enough to train, it gave me purpose again.

So Never Quit Ninja isn’t just a shirt.

It represents the surgeries, setbacks, motherhood, five years away, and choosing to start again.

It’s a reminder to NEVER QUIT on the thing that makes you feel like YOU.

And now I get another shot.

I’m putting together an order of the Never Quit Ninja shirts I’ll be wearing on the show!

If you want one, comment 🥷🏼 or DM me!

WE’RE GETTING THAT BUZZER. 🚨
