Not every hernia looks or feels the same. Different types can develop in different areas of the abdomen or groin, but many share common symptoms like a visible bulge, discomfort or pain that worsens with lifting, coughing or standing.

True! Summer may mean long days outside, so make sure you've got your sunscreen ready and you're reapplying often. Dermatologists recommend reapplying sunscreen at least every two hours, and even more often after swimming or sweating. Aim for a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen to help protect against harmful UV rays and lower your risk of sunburn and skin damage.
