Ongoing: free sports physicals scheduled this week are put into a drawing for our insulated water bottles, personalized for free by Curiously Artistic.

Next week is National CHC Week, and what better way to celebrate Community Health Centers, than to celebrate YOU!

We have a little something great going on every day next week, including our ongoing FREE sports physicals, with a twist.

Every kid coming in for their FREE sports physical next week, will be put into a drawing to win an insulated water bottle, the color of their choosing. Curiously Artistic will engrave their name on it at no charge!

Same prize for our coloring contest winners! We don't give out these amazing water bottles very often, so we get pretty excited when we do! Please check out our schedule of events for the week and we hope to see you, even if it's to pop in for some free swag!!

Our normal Thursday dental walk-in clinic is still happening from 9-11am.

EDITED START DATE: We are currently enrolling folks for the Fall session of our FREE 12-week Healthy Hearts program!
This program is designed to help you build healthy, lasting habits through nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and more.

· Variety of exercise classes taught by professional instructors
Weight training, Yoga, Zumba
· 3-month Civic Center pass
· Walking Club
· Health assessment and screening for goal setting
· Meal planning and food preparation classes

GCHC is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer or Health Coach to lead the weight training portion of the Fall Healthy Hearts program.

We are excited to host a free petting zoo by Sunshine Stables! Set up needs to begin Friday evening at 6 pm, when we close. Please do not park in, or leave your vehicle in the red zone. Thank you Sunshine Stables for bringing more free family fun to Lewis and Clark Days!
