If your gut has a mind of its own, you’re not imagining it.
You eat the “right” foods and still feel bloated. You’ve cut things out, added things in, and the relief never lasts. It’s frustrating that you keep having to “start over” without much
relief.
Ayurveda has a clear way of looking at this, and a path through it. If you’ve been looking for answers to some of these imbalances, reach out to schedule
your discovery call today.

Here’s what to expect at your first Ayurveda consultation…
Mostly, it’s a conversation. You’ll sit down and we’ll talk through how you’ve been sleeping, eating, and feeling day to day.

From there, we’ll find your main constitution and figure out what’s causing your imbalances. You leave with a plan made for your life: a few changes to food and routine, herbs, bodywork, and a clear first step.

Nothing is overwhelming, and we adjust as you go.
Curious what yours would look like? Reach out and we’ll set one up!

Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest healing systems, going back more than 5,000 years.

The idea behind it is simple. When your body, mind, and daily habits are in balance, you feel well. When they drift, symptoms show up. Instead of chasing one symptom at a time, Ayurveda looks at your whole life: your sleep, your digestion, your stress, your routines. From there, the care gets built around what your body actually needs to gently bring you back to a state of balance.

I’ve helped many different kinds of people: curious beginners, busy folks running on empty, women navigating hormones and energy, and those who are worn down by
digestion or sleep issues that never quite resolve.
If the usual advice has never quite fit you, this is a good place to start.

Wondering where you’d begin? Reach out and we’ll talk it through.

The tiredness that sleep doesn’t fix is its own kind of exhausting. You rest, but you wake up drained. Your mind won’t switch off at night. Your days take everything and leave you running on empty.

As an Ayurvedic Practitioner, I offer a slow, steady way back. It starts small: warm, easy-to-digest food, an earlier wind-down, a calmer morning that doesn’t begin in a rush.

You pick one thing, get it working, then add the next with a gradual build that works with your lifestyle.

If this sounds like what you’re looking for, you’re in the right place. Reach out to schedule a consultation today!

We carry so much in our bodies and rarely stop to thank them, our feet most of all. They hold us up through every long day, every errand, every mile we never counted.

Tonight, give them a few slow minutes and a little warm oil. A quiet thank you for carrying you all day, and a small way to come back to yourself.

Curious what your body needs? Schedule a complementary discovery call on our website to discuss your situation.

I blend these herbal teas by hand, and no two are quite the same. Each one is matched to a person and what their body needs, whether that's quieting a busy mind, warming up sluggish digestion, or steadying a frazzled nervous system.

A lot of the good comes from the ritual itself. Making the tea, holding a warm cup, taking a few slow minutes for yourself. It pulls you out of the rush and back into the present, which is its own kind of grounding.

Want a blend made for you? Reach out to book a consultation and we'll begin with what your body is asking for.

Think of caring for your body like caring for your home. A seasonal cleanse is the light dusting, your weekly tidy. It keeps things fresh as the seasons shift and takes only a few days at home. Panchakarma is the full spring clean. It goes room by room, top to bottom, clearing out the deep buildup that a quick tidy can't reach. It runs longer and is guided every step by a practitioner.

Both keep your "house" running well. You just pick based on how much has built up.
A note on timing: Panchakarma season here is around October. From your first discovery call to being fully set up takes about one month, so if you want to begin in October, reach out by late August.

Curious which one your body is asking for? Send a message and we'll figure it out together.

This is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment built around a ring of dough. The dough is shaped from chickpea flour and water, then sealed onto the skin to form a small well. Warm oil is poured inside and held there, soaking the area for several minutes.

One of the ways Ayurveda uses it is to ease stiffness, tension, and aches in one focused spot, and to bring warmth and circulation to tissue that feels tight or worn down. The steady, warm oil is deeply relaxing on its own.
