We are Quality Care in a home-like setting. We are a full Scale skilled facility. We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational therapy, Speech Therapy, as well as full nursing care. We have a weekly beauty shop, daily activities, and offer in house dental, vision, optometry, audiology, and Psychiatric services.

We have had an amazing and busy week at Harrison Nursing & Rehab! ❤️

🍉 We enjoyed a beautiful afternoon on the patio with watermelon smoothies—YUMMY!

🎶 Our residents stayed active with lots of Bingo and Sittercise, moving and grooving to a little Motown and Elvis!

🕺 And speaking of Elvis… THE KING was in the building! Our residents were so excited about our surprise visit from Elvis. One of the sweetest moments was when he took the time to make a special visit to a resident who loves Elvis but wasn’t able to come to the program area. That surprise brought such a big smile! ❤️

A very special THANK YOU to Travis Albertson, our Elvis, for taking the time to entertain our residents and make them feel so special. You truly made their day! 🎤❤️

On Friday our residents enjoyed an amazing evening of bluegrass music at Harrison Nursing and Rehab! The room was packed, and our residents had a wonderful time singing along with Cedar Valley Bluegrass Band. We are so grateful for their visit and for sharing their incredible talents with us.
