💦 Making a Splash at Park Creek Independent Living! 💦

On Thursdays, our residents enjoy Water Aerobics with Becky—a fun, low-impact exercise that helps improve flexibility, balance, strength, and overall wellness. Best of all, it's a great way to stay active while having fun with friends!

At Park Creek, we believe staying healthy should be enjoyable. Our residents are proving that age is just a number as they dive into fitness, laughter, and community every day.

On this day, our residents and team at Park Creek Independent Living proudly wore blue in honor of Men's Health Awareness Day. We decorated our Bistro in shades of blue and took time to celebrate and recognize the wonderful men in our community.

What a Wonderful Wednesday at Park Creek Independent Living! ☕🚌🎉

We started the day with our weekly Men's Coffee Social, where the gentlemen gathered for great conversation and fellowship.

Then it was off to Saltgrass for a delicious lunch outing—full bus, full bellies, and plenty of smiles! 🤗

We wrapped up the afternoon with our Wonderful Wednesday Social Hour, where residents enjoyed socializing, laughter, and great company.
