Babel Therapy PLLC is a therapist-owned private practice in the Cypress area, and we’re looking for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team!

✨ What makes this role different?
You are paid hourly for ALL time worked — not just sessions.
That means:
✔️ Direct therapy time
✔️ Documentation / office notes
✔️ Care coordination related to your caseload

🗺 Location & Service Area
• Office: 17820 Mound Rd, Cypress, TX 77433
• In-office + nearby daycares / ABA centers (local travel only)

🕘 Schedule
• Part-time W-2 (with potential to grow into full-time)
• Daytime availability required between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 🚫 This is NOT an after-school–only position

🧠 What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 speech therapy under SLP supervision
• Complete session notes and office notes in our online system
• Collaborate with supervising SLPs
• Prepare therapy materials
• Travel locally within the Cypress area

🎓 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders (required)
• Texas SLPA license (preferred — guidance available if needed)
• Prior SLPA experience preferred
• Reliable, organized, and compassionate
• Comfortable with daytime scheduling

Babel Therapy PLLC is seeking a currently licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide maternity leave coverage for an established caseload, with a strong opportunity to remain with the practice long-term based on fit and caseload needs.

🔹 Position Type
• W-2 employee
• Pay-per-visit position
• In-person services only
• Full-time maternity leave coverage (anticipated start January 12, 2026)
• Approximate duration: ~8 weeks (may vary depending on return date)

🧩 Caseload Focus
• Primarily adults with complex communication disorders
• Diagnoses include Autism Spectrum Disorder and Down Syndrome
• Smaller pediatric caseload seen in homes and ABA centers
• Strong emphasis on functional communication, AAC, and daily living skills

🚗 Service Locations (Local Travel Required)
• Adult day programs (majority of visits)
• Select private homes
• ABA centers for pediatric clients

We had a great time supporting Rennell Elementary at their Spring Carnival earlier this month!

We are currently hiring for a full-time SLPA at Babel Therapy! We have patients in the Woodlands, Spring and Magnolia that are in need of services on an immediate basis. Position would require travel in the area.
Starting Base Rate is $30.00 per visit dependent on expirence, mileage is paid as well.
Our visits range from 30-60 mins and are 1 on 1.
Full time is 30-35 visits per week, we assist with scheduling and caseload management.

This position is ready for immediate start, currently licensed SLPAs only.
