🍂 ADOPT A SCARECROW & SUPPORT THE HOMESTEAD! 🌻🎃

Fall fun is officially kicking off at The Homestead! From September 1–11, we’re holding our Adopt a Scarecrow Fundraiser to raise money for our Activities Department—and we’d love for our families, friends, local businesses, and community partners to join in!

For just $20, you can adopt a scarecrow from our front desk, take it home, and get creative! 🎨🍁 Dress it up, give it a personality, represent your family or business, or go completely over the top—we want to see your best fall creations!

Every adoption helps support the activities, outings, celebrations, and special moments that keep our residents active, engaged, and having fun throughout the year. ❤️

🌺🌴 Aloha from The Homestead! 🌴🌺

Our Annual Homestead Luau was one for the books! 🥥🍹 We loved welcoming so many wonderful friends and family members who came out to celebrate alongside our residents and make the evening extra special.

From frozen cocktails 🍹 and authentic Polynesian cuisine 🌺 to plenty of laughter, great company, and island vibes, it was an amazing evening spent together.

A huge mahalo to everyone who joined us and helped make this year’s luau such a memorable celebration! 🌴💛 We’re already looking forward to next year!

Our residents had a wonderful time creating their own beautiful flower arrangements, filling the room with colorful blooms, laughter, and plenty of smiles. 🌼🌷 Each arrangement was as unique as the person who made it, and everyone enjoyed spending time together while expressing their creativity.

It’s moments like these that make our community feel like home. ❤️🏡 We love creating opportunities for our residents to stay active, socialize, and enjoy life’s simple pleasures—one bouquet at a time! 🌺✨

🇺🇸❤️🤍💙 Happy Independence Day from all of us at The Homestead! 🇺🇸 This week, our residents celebrated America’s 250th birthday with a festive patriotic lunch 🍔🌭, a fun-filled happy hour 🥂, plenty of games 🎲🎉, and lots of laughter along the way. It was a wonderful day spent honoring our country, making memories, and celebrating together! 🦅🎆

As you gather with family and friends this Fourth of July, we wish you a day filled with love, gratitude, and celebration. ❤️🤍💙 Here’s to 250 years of freedom, unity, and the American spirit—and to creating even more special memories together! 🇺🇸⭐🎇

🍺🐻🎱 Beers, Bears & Bingo: A Father’s Day to Remember! 🐻🍺🎱

Who says Father’s Day is just one day? At The Homestead, we celebrated our amazing dads all week long with great company, plenty of laughs, and a few unexpected surprises!

Our gentlemen enjoyed a fun beer tasting, sampling a variety of brews while sharing stories and comparing favorites. The celebration continued with Beers & Bingo, where friendly competition, cold drinks, and good times were the name of the game.

And just when we thought the week couldn’t get any more memorable… we had a special visitor stop by the property—a bear! 🐻 (Don’t worry, he didn’t stay long and didn’t join us for bingo!)

Most importantly, we spent the week honoring the fathers, grandfathers, great-grandfathers, and father figures who have helped shape so many lives. Their wisdom, strength, humor, and stories make our community a richer place every day.

Here’s to our Homestead dads—we’re still celebrating you! 💙
