Watching this moon from the other side of the world and already thinking about fall on the mat.

Summer asks you to go. Fall asks you to settle. We’re building the schedule for that - new classes added, new teachers joining , new workshops happening to welcome the season of winding down.

I’m bringing a lot back with me, and I can’t wait to share it with all of you at the studio.

Every studio and small business on that ballot is pouring themselves into this town. We opened in April. To already be named alongside them means everything, and it’s entirely because you nominated us.

Greetings from Uluwatu, Bali.

We believe the best teachers never stop being students. That’s why Trish is here, immersed in advanced 300-hour training on the cliffs of Bali, deepening her own practice so we can collectively bring even more to yours.

Every morning starts on the mat. Every day is filled with study, movement, breathwork, and lessons we can’t wait to weave into our classes back home. This isn’t just training: it’s an investment in our community and the experience we create for you at the studio.

Growth doesn’t happen in comfort zones, and we’re leaning all the way in.

Regular classes are still in full swing at the studio- but Trish will see you back on the mat soon, with new classes and experiences for fall.

We’re coming home with full hearts and so much to share.

What a POWERFUL sound bath tonight from !

Full Moon in Sagittarius: May 31

The archer draws the bow. The question is: what are you aiming at?

This lunation is one of the most expansive of the year. Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter, the planet of growth, abundance, and truth. It is asking us to stop playing small and stop pretending we still want things we’ve outgrown.

This is a moon for releasing beliefs that have caged you, getting honest about what you are actually building, calling in expansion in your body, your finances, your life, and trusting the direction you have already aimed yourself.

And this one is a Blue Moon. Two full moons in one month. The portal is wide open.

If you feel the pull, honor it. Come find your mat, drop into your breath, and let your practice hold what words cannot.
