Happy Monday from our family to yours! 💜 We hope everyone is having a wonderful start to the week!

Last week was full of fun adventures! We enjoyed a delicious outing to ABC Pizza, where we indulged in pizza, pasta, salads, and gyros before cooling off with some yummy ice cream. 🍕🍦 We also beat the heat with snow cones and had lots of fun showing off our temporary tattoos!

This week is already off to a great start with an inspiring visit from Pastor West and one of our resident favorites—manicures! 💅

🏆 Employee Spotlight: Vik, PT… Miracle Worker! 🏆

We already knew Vik could work miracles helping our short-term rehab residents regain their strength, confidence, and independence so they can safely return home… but today he added one more patient to his success story—our Administrator, Amy! 😂

After showing up with a neck that was locked up tighter than our medication cart, Vik worked his magic and had her moving again. We can’t promise he’ll fix every stubborn administrator, but he sure knows how to get people back to feeling their best!

Building strong relationships in healthcare helps us provide even better care for our patients.

Royal Oak was proud to host the healthcare networking mixer with the Gardens of Westbrooke at Dade City Brewery. It was a wonderful evening spent connecting with fellow healthcare marketers, liaisons, and administrators strengthening partnerships, and collaborating to better serve the patients and families in our community.

A special thank you to Dawn with Dinners Ready for the beautiful charcuterie table—it was the perfect addition to a great event!

Together, we can continue building
connections that lead to better communication, smoother transitions of care, and the highest quality outcomes for those we serve. We look forward to many more opportunities to collaborate!

The fun is flowing here under the Oaks! ☀️❤️ We had a blast with our home run derby, ⚾️ enjoyed visits from wonderful church groups, and relaxed with a spa day. We also spent time enjoying some of our favorite activities like bingo, karaoke, 🎤 and our daily walks!

We wrapped up last week by celebrating our July birthdays 🎂 with delicious cupcakes and great company, then kicked off this week with a live game of Card Sharks, where everyone had fun winning prizes! 🎉 🃏

Sometimes, the best medicine is a moment of peace.

This beautiful sandhill crane family has made themselves right at home on our grounds, reminding us that healing happens best in a calm, welcoming environment. Just as these cranes find comfort and safety here, we're proud to provide a place where our patients can relax, recover, and regain their strength.
Every day, we're grateful to be surrounded by nature's reminders to slow down, breathe, and focus on what matters most—healing.

Happy Monday from our family to yours! ❤️

Last week was full of fun, smiles, and adventures! We kicked things off with a wonderful visit from Discovery Fellowship Church, enjoyed our daily Walking Club, and took a trip to everyone’s favorite—Walmart! Afterward, we treated ourselves to some delicious cheesesteaks. We wrapped up the week by making scrumptious treats during Cooking with Pete and winning some fun prizes while playing our live game show, The Price Is Right!

Nothing beats a cool treat on a hot Florida afternoon! 🍦☀️

Yesterday and today, our residents and team took a break from the summer heat and enjoyed some delicious ice cream and frozen treats together. There were plenty of smiles, laughter, and sweet memories made as everyone cooled off and enjoyed time outdoors.

At Royal Oak Nursing Center, we believe it’s the little moments that make a big difference. ❤️

🎉 **Congratulations to Valerie Vance!** 🎉

Today we're celebrating a very special accomplishment! Valerie has officially earned her CNA certification after starting her journey with us as a housekeeper, then PCA.

Valerie is the kind of team member every facility hopes for—compassionate, hardworking, and truly loved by our residents and her coworkers alike. Watching her grow professionally while continuing to provide exceptional care has been such a pleasure.
