Since making our post yesterday, we have received so much support, and we could not be more grateful. We have had a few clients bring us treats, and give us words of encouragement. We would just like to take the time to say how much we appreciate this! It means so very much to us.

THANK YOU!!! 🐾💕

A reminder from your veterinary care team: our staff are people, too. ❤️🐾

We understand that veterinary visits can be stressful. We know how scary it can be when your pet is sick, when unexpected costs come up, or when you’re worried about what happens next. Our team is here because we genuinely care about you and your pets.

But frustration is never an excuse for yelling, cursing at, threatening, insulting, or verbally abusing our staff.

Our veterinary professionals work hard every day to care for your pets, answer your questions, navigate emergencies, explain treatment options, and support you through some of the hardest moments with your animals.

You can be upset. You can ask questions. You can disagree. You can advocate for your pet.

But you can do all of those things while treating our team with respect.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive or threatening behavior. If a conversation becomes abusive, our staff may end the interaction or ask you to leave.

Kindness costs nothing — and it makes a difficult day easier for everyone.

Thank you to the clients who treat our team with the same compassion and respect that they expect for their pets. We appreciate you more than you know. ❤️
