CNOS would like to congratulate the Dakota Valley School District Girls Soccer Team for bringing home their first Class A title after taking down #1 Sioux Falls Christian 2-1 in PKs! 🏆

Shout out to CNOS and Dakota Valley athletic trainer, Chad Van Scoyk, for keeping these young athletes healthy throughout the season and duration of the state tournament!

Way to represent for your team and Siouxland as a whole. Enjoy it and soak it all in, champs! 👏

Congrats to the 2026 SDHSAA Class A Girls Soccer Champions- Dakota Valley! A huge thanks to Watertown Schoools, everyone who helped, and everybody who came out and supported these students. Cheer and Dance and Cross Country this coming weekend.

We were grateful for another amazing turnout at the 17th annual CNOS Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Symposium! ✨

This event brought together over 100 attendees for a full day of education and collaboration. This year’s theme, “Traumatic Upper Extremity Sports Injuries,” featured several presentations and discussions from our CNOS team covering a wide range of sports medicine topics. 🦴

A huge thank you to our talented physicians, physical therapists, and athletic trainers, who shared their expertise - your insights and case contributions made the day truly engaging and valuable! A special thank you to our guest speaker from Avera Health, Dr. Matthew Blake! He is board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine physician at Avera Orthopedics in Sioux Falls, SD, who provides orthopedic and sports medicine care to people of all ages.

And of course, the day could not have gone on without our IT and marketing teams, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. 👏👏

We had an unforgettable time at the 2026 CNOS Fall Festival this past Saturday! 🍁🎉 The day was filled with smiles, crunchy leaves and plenty of fall fun as employees and their families came together to celebrate the season.

From train rides, adorable goats, pony rides, and scavenger hunts to face painting and over 350 pumpkins to choose from in our pumpkin patch, there was something for everyone to enjoy! 🎃👻

Finally, thank you to everyone who volunteered, participated, or simply showed up to support the event once again this year. Your energy helps create such a welcoming and positive environment, we’re lucky to have a community and team like ours! 👏👏
