This week, we're showing some extra love and appreciation to our wonderful Case Management team at Dallam Hartley Counties Hospital District!

Case Management is so much more than coordinating care and planning discharges. It's listening to patients and families when they're overwhelmed, finding solutions when things get complicated, and making sure every patient has someone in their corner. Our Case Managers do all of this with compassion, patience, and a genuine heart for helping others.

To our Case Management team—we hope you know just how much you mean to us! We see the hard work, the countless phone calls, the extra effort, and the way you go above and beyond to make sure our patients and families are taken care of. You handle challenging situations with grace, offer comfort when it's needed most, and always find a way to put people first.
