Shelby Carino A calm space for integration-not hype, fear, or quick fixes Hi, I'm Shelby! My biggest passion is teaching and relationships, specifically in the sector of love.

Welcome to The Queen of Total Wellness, where I help women navigating spiritual awakening & life transitions find clarity, emotional stability, and self-trust through grounded, ethical education. I get excited about mentoring women and guiding them on their highest journey of their authentic maternal self. When women are fully connected to their divine spiritual selves, with all their communication channels activated, they are in their full power, able to fulfill their little girl fantasy of relationships and turn it into a full-fledged reality. When I'm not mentoring women and their relationships, I love spending time with my husband Joe because he is my best friend. I'm a big fan of chips and queso, and I always order my tea half sweet and half unsweet. I love anything that has crystal blue water, and the beach is my haven of peace because I'm a Pisces and I love all things water. I thrive in warm weather, tank tops, flip flops, and windows open on a nice warm sunny day. I also enjoy working out, volunteering in my community, and traveling to fulfill my spiritual mission of service work. Movies are another one of my passions, and I love connecting with people to help them find their higher purpose. I believe that every woman has the potential to create the relationship she desires and deserves, and I'm dedicated to helping them achieve that goal. Let's connect and discover what's possible for you!

TOUCHDOWN IN DALLAS! ✈️🤠🏡

And just like that…we are HOME.

Our flight from LAX to DFW went from looking like we might have some breathing room to FULL 😂 Thank goodness that second leg was only about 2½ hours because after this incredible trip, we were READY to get home.

And naturally, one of the first orders of business was STARBUCKS. 😂 My beloved iced black tea never even made it onto the plane in Honolulu because Joe accidentally knocked it over…and it was too late to get another one. The tragedy! 😂 So yes, Texas touchdown = iced tea secured. 🧋

Then it was breakfast and the reunion I had been waiting for…THE TINY TWINS! 🐾❤️

And just like that, the family is back together.

Hawaii gave us so much. We released. We cried. We laughed. We honored. We adventured. We surfed. We closed chapters. We made memories I know we’ll carry forever.

But there is something pretty special about walking back through your own front door after a journey like this and realizing that you’re not quite the same person who walked out of it.

Now, after being awake for 27 HOURS, this girl is headed straight for an Epsom salt bath while Joe and I prepare to absolutely crash. 😂😴

Hawaii, mahalo for everything. 🌺🌊
Texas, we’re home. ❤️

See y’all tomorrow…after we SLEEP. 😂

Landed in LAX! ✈️ One more flight and we are headed HOME to Dallas. ❤️🏡

Hawai‘i gave us more than I could ever fit into a reel — memories, adventure, laughter, tears, release, healing, closure, and some pretty incredible firsts. We left Texas carrying one version of ourselves, and I know we’re coming home a little different.

Now it’s time to take everything this trip gave us and bring it back into our everyday lives.

Hawai‘i ➡️ Los Angeles ➡️ Dallas.

The final flight. The final leg. And HOME is waiting. ❤️

See you in Dallas! ✈️🤠

And just like that… we’re at HNL, waiting to board. ✈️🌺

It’s already been an eventful morning—packing everything up, making sure nothing was left behind, clearing the space and intentionally letting go of the energy that didn’t need to come home with us, filling up the rental car, returning it, checking bags and making our way through the airport.

But today feels like so much more than the process of catching a flight.

When you leave a place that has changed you, you’re not just packing clothes into a suitcase. You’re deciding what parts of the experience you’re taking with you—and what you’re finally ready to leave behind.

We came to Hawai‘i carrying a lot. We’re leaving differently.

Some things were released here. Some things were healed. Some things were remembered. And some new parts of ourselves are coming home with us.

Hawai‘i, you gave us exactly what we needed. 🌺

Now we begin the journey back to Texas—first stop, Los Angeles.

See you when we land in LA. ✈️🤙🏼

Tonight, on our last full day on O‘ahu, I stood in the water at Lanikai Beach staring out at the Mokulua Islands—the Mokes—and had one of those moments where life feels almost surreal.

I told Joe, “You know what’s crazy? Just a few months ago, you were watching something about the Hawaiian Islands on TV. I saw these exact islands and said, ‘I want to go there one day.’”

And tonight…there I was. Standing in the Pacific Ocean, looking right at them.

“One day” happened. 🌺🌊

And maybe that’s one of the biggest things I’m taking home with me: sometimes the things we speak about, dream about, or quietly desire arrive in their own proper timing.

I’m thankful. I’m blessed. And I’m incredibly grateful that I got to experience all of this with Joe.

This trip has been FULL—adventure, laughter, physical challenges, beautiful places, letting go, new experiences, and a whole lot of soul crying…the good kind. The kind where something inside you knows life is changing.

We came to Hawai‘i carrying endings, memories and things that needed to be released.

I feel like we’re leaving with space for whatever comes next.

A trip of a lifetime is officially in the books. ✨

And somehow, I have a feeling this is only the beginning.

Here’s to many more “one days” becoming “today.” 🤙🌺

Today we went to Waimea Valley, and I finally got to do something I’ve been wanting to do this entire trip—GET IN A WATERFALL. 💦🌺

We had hoped to do this while we were on Kaua‘i, but the waterfalls we visited were places to witness and admire. Today on O‘ahu, we actually got to get IN the water at Waimea Falls.

Life vest on. Water COLD. 😂 And then…you adjust.

There is something about a natural waterfall that immediately brings my inner child forward. This is my happy place. The sound of the water, the cold against your skin, the laughter, the feeling of being surrounded by something completely created by nature—it makes me feel ALIVE.

And I know something happened in that water today.

I don’t even fully know what it was yet, and I don’t think I’m supposed to.

Water has always represented movement to me. It breaks things loose. It carries things away. It cleanses. It creates space. And sometimes you don’t need to understand exactly what is being released while it’s happening—you just need to let yourself experience it.

After everything this trip has held—the endings, the memories, the releases, the sacred moments and the beginnings—today felt different.

Today I didn’t need to process.

I needed to PLAY.
I needed to LAUGH.
I needed to get in the water and let it move around me.

Maybe that’s part of the release too.

Whatever happened underneath that waterfall today, I have a feeling I’ll understand it later.

For now, I’m just letting the water carry me toward whatever is next. 💦🌺

Today began at 5 AM and somehow ended behind a hidden door. And honestly? It couldn’t have been more perfect.

We started our morning hiking the Lanikai Pillbox Trail for sunrise, then spent part of the day at Pearl Harbor—an experience that carried an emotional and spiritual weight neither of us could simply walk away from and immediately return to “normal.”

By tonight, our bodies were tired. Our emotions were full. Our spirits needed somewhere to land.

And then we found Gaslamp.

Hidden inside Kailua Town Pub & Grill is this intimate little speakeasy that feels like you’ve disappeared from the outside world for a while. Dim lights, jazz, incredible food…and exactly the kind of tucked-away experience we needed after everything this day held.

And THEN came my Steak Diane.

Y’all. 😂

That steak literally brought my whole body back to life. After climbing a mountain, scraping my knee, cutting my foot, walking through the sacred history of Pearl Harbor and processing ALL the emotions of this day, apparently what my soul needed was filet mignon covered in Diane sauce, garlic confit and black truffle.

Message received. 😂

Today started at 5 AM chasing a sunrise and ended hidden away in a speakeasy, sitting across from my husband, eating an incredible meal.

Sometimes nourishing yourself isn’t just about food.

Sometimes it’s giving your body somewhere soft to land after a day that asked you to feel everything.

And tonight, this was ours. 🥂✨

I have always wanted to visit Pearl Harbor. I never really knew why—it was simply one of those places I felt I needed to experience at least once in my lifetime.

Today, that wish was fulfilled.

On December 7, 1941, Pearl Harbor was attacked, forever changing American history and leading the United States into World War II. The USS Arizona was struck by multiple bombs, and when one ignited the ship’s am******on magazines, the resulting explosion took the lives of 1,177 sailors and Marines. More than 900 of them remain within the ship today, making the USS Arizona not simply a memorial, but their final resting place.

Standing above those waters knowing what rests beneath you is something I don’t think words can adequately describe.

I kept using the word “chilling,” but even that doesn’t do the feeling justice.

There is a stillness there. A weight. A sacredness.

You aren’t simply looking at something that happened in history. You are standing in the place where it happened, above men who never came home.

Whatever originally placed Pearl Harbor on my heart as somewhere I needed to visit, today I finally stood there.

A sacred site.
A piece of history.
A feeling I will never forget. 🇺🇸
