Celebrating my birthday season by pouring into women, worshipping together, and remembering that our identity must stay rooted in Christ first. 🕊️

Thank you to NYC for inviting me to the Women’s Spring Speaker Series. It was a beautiful time of wisdom, strength, and sisterhood.

As women, it’s easy to get lost in our roles and neglect our relationship with God. This gathering was a reminder to serve from a place of wholeness, not exhaustion.

BUSINESS does not mean being BUSY under Satan’s yoke. 👀

Sunday School reminded us that some people are overwhelmed, overcommitted, stressed, disconnected from family, and spiritually exhausted… calling it “success.”

But God never designed purpose to destroy your peace.

As caregivers, entrepreneurs, and Kingdom builders, we have to stop glorifying burnout and start honoring balance, obedience, self-care, and God’s timing. ⏱️

Everything good is not God.
Every opportunity is not assignment.
Every busy season is not fruitful.

This week, we continued growing through the 10,000 Small Businesses Seminar Series at Dallas College — with an insightful presentation by , a fashion forward show by and other local businesses, procurement leaders, and new RFP opportunities to better serve our caregiver community.

Our graduation was not the finish line… it was the launchpad.

Continuing education, networking, and self-care are all part of sustainable caregiving and leadership. You cannot pour from an empty cup.
