New and easy Tai Chi class begins Tuesday, September 8, 9:30am in Dallas at Inspire Yoga & Holistic Studio LLC .

We will be accepting new students for 6 weeks, through October 13. If you can't make it one week, come the next!! Decide for yourself if Tai Chi helps you with balance, cognition and energy cultivation - to name a few of the many benefits.
