What a wonderful way to demonstrate your care for struggling families within your community, as we partner together in providing support and fostering HOPE!

As Texas Mental Health Resources moves into our 6th year of service to the community, we continue to provide training and advocacy in area churches and businesses, start mental health support groups within local neighborhoods, and provide financial assistance for families (moms, grandparents, teenagers) in crisis who otherwise cannot afford the high cost of mental health doctors, medications, counselors, treatments, and facilities. Of course, this important work does not happen without many people generously partnering together financially. Will you join us in redeeming broken lives and offering families HOPE? We need at least 100 people by September 17 to provide some level of financial help. Will you be one of those 100? 💙

Good information from Psychology Today.... When we feel anxious, we often focus our energy on managing the feelings or adopting strategies that might help them go away. That's certainly valuable—but too often, it leads us to overlook the mental habits that got us stuck in an anxiety spiral in the first place.

Do you ask yourself if you are accidentally doing things that keep you stuck in your anxiety? People sabotage their quest to overcome anxiety in many ways.
