Your mom pooch is not a weight loss problem. It is a core healing problem. And the reason most moms never see it change is because they are skipping the most important step.
Your deep core muscles stopped responding after pregnancy and delivery. And you cannot strengthen a muscle that has not been activated yet. So no matter how many core exercises you do, if activation comes second, the pooch stays.
