The teen years can be filled with academic pressure, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. No young person should have to navigate those seasons alone.

At Heart To Hear, PLLC, I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space where teens (ages 13–19) can build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen self-esteem, and gain the confidence to face life's challenges.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Case Manager (CCM), and Certified Dispute Resolution Specialist, I'm committed to helping young people move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered.
