Sharing strategies to self health through yoga, movement, mindfulness, meditation, nutrition and looking to Astrology when feeling lost. When I started this journey in 2020, my nervous system was out of balance, living in a state of anxiety. My ego ran my thoughts and the way I looked at life, and how I treated myself. And I felt lost, was I making the right decisions for myself, was I on the righ

t path? But through yoga and its philosophies, meditation, and astrology I have learned how to heal past wounds and release trauma, move unwanted energy and thoughts by moving my body and changing my mindset, and in the process I became aware of myself. I have a clear understanding of who I am. My strengths, my weaknesses and where in life I hold myself back.
