This is Jazz's story. A decade of trying everything. And then MYSA®.

Ryan here 👋🏽 Hairline hair loss is something so many Black women silently struggle with. 😔

Tension alopecia from braids, weaves, and ponytails. Heat damage from constant styling. Chemical processing that weakens the follicle over time.

Ryan here 👋 – owner of Mysa®. And yes, even I have to practice what I inject. 💉

This is my before & after from today. No filter. No funny business. Just good filler, finally refreshed.

Let’s talk timelines (because I know you’re curious):

📅 Last filler: November 2024
⏳ How long filler should last (when you go to someone who knows what they’re doing): Up to 12 months
⚠️ It’s now been: 17 months – math is hard, but that means I was very due 😅

Today’s lil touch-up menu:

· 👄 Lips – 0.75ml (just enough to say hello again)
· 👃 Liquid rhinoplasty – 1ml (It got to a point I didn’t recognize my nose😩)
· 🧠 Chin – 1ml (balance restored)
· 🍎 Cheeks – 0.6ml per side (hello, bone structure)

Nothing wild. Just bringing my face back to its happy place.

Why am I sharing this? Because filler doesn’t magically vanish at month 12. But when you push it to 17 months like I did… you start seeing why maintenance is a real thing. 😂
