TUMMY TUCK and 40 LB. WEIGHT LOSS, 2.5 YEAR UPDATE: Our beautiful patient underwent a mommy makeover (breast lift, tummy tuck and back liposuction) 2.5 years ago. Since then, she has also lost ~40 lbs. and her results look better than ever!! Even I was surprised at how well her abdominal skin retracted back after the weight loss so she still has a FLAT tummy with no shelf or loose skin! LASER HAIR REMOVAL 😎: Watch this video to see how our patient has gone from patches of thick and dark hair all over his back to almost no more visible hair!!! He hasn't finished his series but all he has left are some thin, wispy hairs that are no match for our amazing aesthetician! BREAST REVISION SURGERY: Our patient not only presented with a capsular contracture (hardening of the left breast), but extremely droopy breast tissues overlying her right implant. We planned a revision with removal/replacement of implants (left one was ruptured and most likely why she had formed a capsular contracture) and left sided capsulectomy and left sided wrapping of implant with galaflex (to help prevent future capsular contracture) AND a peri-areolar (ni**le) lift. I know, it's a lot!!! But check out those results...after only 3 months, the results speak for themselves 🤌🏽❤️. STRIKE A POSE: Remember, implants can be great but once they start taking away from your breast shape, it's time to move on!!! Our lovely patient had implants for 30 years and felt they were making her breasts appear oddly shaped. She also felt she looked top heavy. So we removed the implants and performed a full breast lift...she couldn't be happier with the final result!

DO YOU SUFFER FROM HARD AND PAINFUL IMPLANTS?! Breast revision surgery for patients suffering from capsular contracture involves not only removing the entire capsule, or hardened tissue. The gold standard is also wrapping the new implant in galaflex to help prevent the hardened tissue from re-forming around the implant.
