So we keep treating, adjusting, and showing up. Progress isn’t always visible right away. Keep going. 🫶

Turning 50 this year has me especially inspired by Dolly Parton—not just for her ability to own a room at any age, but for where she came from and how she built her life. Humble beginnings. An incredible work ethic. Big dreams. And a generosity that gave so much back to others. 🤍 Her story is such a reminder that you don’t have to forget where you started to become everything you were meant to be. Dream. Learn. Become. Do. And Dolly, thank you for showing generations of women that you can be successful, confident, feminine, generous, and still completely yourself. Rest in peace, Queen. 🤍✨

Small changes still count. 🤍 You may not see progress right away—but that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. Skin health is built through consistency, not perfection. Today, that might look as simple as applying your SPF. Tomorrow, it might be cleansing gently, moisturizing your barrier, or finally making that appointment you’ve been putting off. This was my last weight workout of my 40s. On New Year’s Eve, I made one promise to myself: prioritize my health and build muscle. Not to chase a number on the scale, but to build a body that will carry me well into the next decade. There were busy days, stressful days, and days I didn’t feel like showing up. But I kept choosing me. As I walk into 50, I’m not trying to turn back the clock. I’m trying to make the years ahead as strong, healthy, and vibrant as possible. Here’s to entering a new decade with more muscle, more confidence, and a lot of gratitude. 💪✨
