She was told she needed a knee replacement.

Walking 3 miles was painful.

Like so many people we meet, she was told surgery was her next step.

Instead, she decided to see if there was another option first.

After going through our a series of regenerative Shockwave treatments, something incredible happened…

Today she’s hiking 16–18 miles without knee pain.

And she’s not alone.

We hear stories like this all the time.

People come to us after being told:
❌ “It’s bone-on-bone.”
❌ “You’re getting older.”
❌ “You’ll eventually need a knee replacement.”
❌ “Just stop doing the things you love.”

Many people are never shown all of their options before being pushed toward surgery.

Our goal isn’t just to reduce pain.

Our goal is to help you feel 10–20 years younger.

To help you get back to hiking, traveling, golfing, pickleball, chasing your grandkids, and living life without constantly thinking about your knees.

That’s why we’ve invested in advanced regenerative technologies like Shockwave and EMTT and combined that with our step-by-step evaluation process to find what others may have missed.

Now, does everyone avoid surgery?

No.

But we’ve helped countless people delay, avoid, or improve their quality of life before ever considering a knee replacement.

If you’ve been told surgery is your next step—or you’re worried that’s where you’re headed—don’t make a decision until you’ve explored all your options.

🎉 Join us for our FREE Knee Masterclass:

One of the biggest “hidden clues” in knee pain… has nothing to do with the knee itself.

It has to do with how your muscles are firing.

When the spine is involved, certain muscles can become inhibited—meaning they stop working the way they should, even if they’re not injured.

And we can actually test this.

Here are 3 simple checks we often use:

👉 Dorsiflexion (pulling your foot up)
One side feels strong… the other suddenly “gives way” or feels weaker.

👉 Hip flexion (lifting your knee up)
One side holds easily… the other can’t maintain control.

👉 Hip abduction (moving the leg out to the side)
One side stays strong… the other drops with very little resistance.

When we see these patterns, it’s a telltale sign that something may be happening upstream—often in the spine.

Not a “pinched nerve.”
Not random weakness.
But a reversible pattern of muscle inhibition linked to how the back is functioning.

The key point:

⚠️ The muscles aren’t “broken”… they’re being turned off.

And the good news?

When the spine starts to respond and move better, these strength differences can change quickly.

That’s why we don’t just look at pain.

We look at how the whole system is working.

Because sometimes the real issue isn’t where you feel the symptom—it’s why the system stopped firing properly in the first place.

Have you ever noticed one side suddenly feels weaker than the other?

What if everything you've been told about your shoulder pain is wrong?

You've done the MRI.
You've tried physical therapy.
Maybe you've had injections.

Yet you're still asking yourself...

❌ Why does it still hurt to reach overhead?
❌ Why can't I sleep on that side?
❌ Why does the pain keep coming back no matter what I try?

Here's the shocking truth:

Nearly HALF of people being treated for shoulder pain may actually have a problem coming from their neck or spine.

Read that again.

The pain you're feeling in your shoulder may not be caused by your shoulder at all.

Which means...

👉 The injections
👉 The stretches
👉 The shoulder exercises
👉 Even surgery recommendations
..could be focused on the wrong area.

This is exactly why so many people stay stuck for months—or even years—without real answers.

The problem isn't that your body can't heal.

The problem may be that no one has identified what's truly driving your pain.

At mPower, we don't start with your MRI.

We start with how your body moves, how your symptoms behave, and what patterns reveal the REAL source of your pain.

Because when you find the true cause...

Everything changes.

✅ Better answers
✅ Better treatment
✅ Faster results
✅ Less frustration

If you've been told "it's just a rotator cuff tear," "arthritis," or "part of getting older" but you're still struggling...

It might be time to look deeper.

If your knee feels stiff… try this simple test first.

Most people immediately focus on the knee when it hurts.

But sometimes the real restriction isn’t the knee at all—it’s coming from the back.

Here’s something we often use in the clinic:

👉 Lie on your stomach
👉 Let your body relax for a moment
👉 Prop up on your elbows (or do gentle press-ups if you can)

As you do this, you’re gently moving your spine into extension—helping “reverse” stiffness patterns that may be driving your symptoms.

Then here’s the key step most people miss:

🔁 You RE-TEST everything afterward.

• Knee range of motion
• Back mobility
• Muscle activation/inhibition
• Functional movement

Because if even one of those improves… it tells us something important:

👉 The back may be contributing to your knee problem.

Some people feel immediate changes.
Some feel nothing.
Some feel improvement that slowly builds over time.

That response is information.

And if your symptoms improve with spinal movement, we keep working that direction until it plateaus or the knee becomes the limiting factor—not the spine.

Simple movements like:
✔️ Prone lying
✔️ Elbow-supported extension
✔️ Gentle press-ups with controlled breathing

can be powerful tools to help restore motion and reduce stiffness.

And for very stiff backs? You don’t need to force anything—just start with lying on your stomach and let your body settle.

The goal isn’t just to stretch.

It’s to understand what your body is telling you.

Because the order you test and treat things… changes everything.

Have you been told you have bicep tendonitis, rested it, iced it, done physical therapy, or even had a cortisone shot—only for the pain to come right back?

That nagging ache in the front of your shoulder can make it hard to work out, lift overhead, sleep comfortably, or do the activities you love.

The frustrating part? Many people are treating the painful area without ever addressing the real reason it's hurting in the first place.

In this episode, we discuss why bicep tendonitis keeps returning, what most treatments miss, and how to find the true source of your shoulder pain so you can stop chasing temporary relief.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧?

Only looking at the knee.

It sounds obvious, but it's one of the main reasons so many people stay stuck for months—or even years.

You start thinking:

❌ "It must be arthritis."
❌ "I'm just getting older."
❌ "Maybe this is my new normal."

But what if you're missing a piece of the puzzle?

One of the most important steps in evaluating knee pain isn't just looking at where it hurts—it's seeing how your body responds to movement.

That's why we don't stop after testing.

We re-test.

After specific back movements, we check:
✅ Knee mobility
✅ Strength
✅ Range of motion
✅ Walking and functional movement

Because if any of those improve, it tells us something important:

👉 The knee may not be the primary problem.

In some cases, treating the spine causes knee pain to improve dramatically—or even disappear completely.

Does that mean every knee problem comes from the back?

No.

Sometimes it's the knee.
Sometimes it's the hip.
Sometimes it's a combination of factors.

But if no one checks how the rest of your body is influencing your knee, you could spend months treating the wrong thing.

The goal isn't to chase symptoms.
The goal is to find the real driver of the problem.

Because when you find what others miss, that's when lasting results become possible.

Have you been told your knee pain is ""just arthritis"" or ""just aging""?

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 “𝐛𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐩 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐬” 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦.

That pain in the front of your shoulder?
The thing that keeps flaring up every time you lift, reach overhead, or sleep on your side?

It may just be the warning sign.

Because in many cases, the REAL problem is coming from somewhere else:
👉 Your neck
👉 Your upper back
👉 A movement restriction your body has been compensating for

Which is why injections, rest, stretches, and temporary fixes often don’t last.

You don’t just need treatment where it hurts.
You need to find what’s OVERLOADING the tendon in the first place.

If your shoulder pain keeps coming back no matter what you try… your body may be telling a bigger story.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦.

Most people assume that if their knee feels stiff, painful, or arthritic, the issue must be in the knee itself.

But what if the real source is your back?

Research shows that 25.6% of people with knee pain actually have a spinal issue contributing to their symptoms—and many of them don't even have back pain.

We see this all the time.

Someone comes in focused entirely on their knee. They've tried injections, exercises, braces, or medications. They're told it's arthritis or "wear and tear."

Then we assess their spine.

In some cases, simply improving movement in the back changes their knee symptoms almost immediately.

That's why we never assume the pain is coming from where you feel it.

Because if you're treating the knee when the back is the real problem, you can spend months chasing the wrong solution.

The body works as a system. The order matters. And until you identify the true source, you may just be spinning your wheels.

If your knee pain keeps coming back despite treatment, it may be time to look deeper.

I know what it feels like to try EVERYTHING for your knee pain…

Massage. Strengthening. Stretching. “Perfect form.”

And still… nothing worked.

No matter how hard I tried, I could not get my quad to fire correctly. My knee still hurt. I started wondering if surgery was going to be my future.

Then I tried shockwave therapy.

After just ONE session, I could lunge without pain… and for the first time in a long time, I could actually feel my muscles firing again. It honestly gave me hope.

That’s why I’m so passionate about this technology now. We see stories like this all the time in our office — people who feel stuck, frustrated, and scared they’re headed toward knee replacement surgery… finally getting their life back.

Shockwave works by stimulating healing at the cellular level, improving blood flow, decreasing pain, and helping “wake up” tissues and muscles that have stopped functioning normally because of pain and protection patterns.

Is it magic? No.

But when the body finally starts responding again after months or years of feeling stuck… it can feel that way.

If you’ve been told “it’s just arthritis,” “bone on bone,” or that surgery is your only option… don’t lose hope yet. There may be another answer.

DM us “KNEE” to learn more or see if you may be a candidate for shockwave therapy.
