An intensive may be just the thing you're looking for. It's the extra push you need to allow your system time to do what it's designed to do.

Don't be thrown off by the price. The level of depth and clearing out of that stuff, or building into your performance is worth it's weight in gold. I've witnessed it countless times during my intensives and continue to be blown away.

Your body is a temple. It houses both positive and negative memories. When negative experiences are overtaken by the positive, it can cause you to disconnect from your body intentionally.
When your system carries shame, guilt, and the pain of experiences, it can disconnect you from your body so you can survive. But surviving is not the same as thriving.

Sometimes you need a gentle way of reconnecting with yourself and your temple.

Your body holds the energy of your experiences. In layman's terms you can call it a stress response. It is a normal part of the autonomic nervous system.

But when that event overwhelms your system it can cause you to become stuck - the energy becomes stuck. It may show up as anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc. The experience shows up as a body sensations that are attached to the memory, whether you remember it or not.

This is why Brainspotting and EMDR are the two modalities that I use with clients, whether in individual sessions or intensives.

I don't need to know more - your body already knows the story. My goal is to hold space with you as you allow your system to do what it has been designed to do naturally, but for your system being overwhelmed.

Let's work together to help you release those things held in the body.
