For years, my heart has been connected to mental health, healing, and making sure people know they don’t have to suffer in silence.

Today, I’m proud to introduce the next chapter of that work:

Hear My Cry Wellness Center. 🖤💛🩵

This is more than opening a mental health practice for me. It’s about creating the kind of space I believe our community deserves a place where people can walk in and know they will be heard, seen, supported, and treated with compassion.

Hear My Cry Wellness Center will provide individual therapy, couples & family therapy, group therapy, mental health assessments, telehealth, and wellness support.

I’ve learned that healing doesn’t always happen overnight. Sometimes it begins with one conversation. One safe space. One person finally asking, “Are you really okay?”

That’s what I want this center to represent.

A place to begin again.

I’m excited. I’m grateful. And I’m ready to see where God takes this next chapter.
