it’s been a little quiet around here. So consider this our “hello again.” 👋

Behind the scenes we’ve still been building connections with our clients, creating a place where people feel seen, and taking good care of ourselves. Reach out if you’d like to connect!

Our beloved team ❤️—a bit smaller now without Michelle! We are so grateful for the care and presence she brought to our team.

We’re here, we’re available and we are deeply committed to providing a safe space to land.

Good therapy and healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s supported by strong, thoughtful, connected communities of care 🤠.

We love collaborating and meeting up with other professionals who care deeply about their clients and their people. If that’s you, reach out to us!

This or that. No wrong answers, just patterns.

Drop yours below or just read and get a little dose of self reflection—both count!

Avoidance works… until it doesn’t.

At some point, the only way out is through. In our office, we don’t push pain away. We sit with it. We understand it. And we help you move through it.

If you’re ready to turn toward what’s been heavy, we’re here for you ❤️.

Not your stiff, clipboard therapists 🥸. Therapy that feels safe, warm, and human.
