I think so many women believe they need to become someone new… when really, healing is often just remembering who you were before the self-doubt, people pleasing, and survival mode.

Returning to her is coming home to yourself. ✨

If you’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself lately… maybe this is your sign.

So many women were taught that being “good” meant being accommodating. Keeping the peace. Not asking for too much. Staying quiet about their needs.

And somewhere in that... they lost themselves.

Self-abandonment isn’t peace. It’s disconnection.

Real peace comes when you stop betraying yourself to make everyone else comfortable.

Weekly gratefuls ✨

Grateful for the softness in my life lately... the calm, the clarity, the way I’m choosing myself more. It’s all aligning in ways I can feel.

If no one told you this today…

trust the process.

Embrace your journey, even when it feels slow, unclear, or heavier than you expected.
You are not lost. You are returning to her.

It won’t always be easy.
There will be days you question yourself, days you feel tired, and days you wonder if it’s all working.

Keep going anyway.

Because one day you’ll look back and realize every step was leading you home to yourself.

It will be worth it.
You are stronger than you know.
And this chapter is shaping something beautiful within you.

As a feminine healing & alignment mentor…
here are 4 gentle ways to come back to yourself

✨Slow down and spend time with yourself
✨Listen to your intuition
✨Come back to what feels like you
✨Choose yourself without guilt

Coming back to yourself doesn’t have to be hard… just gentle.

I didn’t need validation…
I refined my self-worth.

I stopped looking outside of me to feel enough.

I stopped over giving to feel chosen.

My worth isn’t something I question anymore.

It’s something I embody. I choose myself first.
I move like I know my value.

This is what returning to her looks like.

You’re not lacking love…

you’re disconnected from yourself. Because when you return to her, your confidence comes back. Your light comes back.
Your self-trust comes back.

Everything you’ve been searching for starts within you.
The return changes everything.

I help women return to themselves to their confidence, their softness, their truth.

If you feel this… DM me RETURN 🤍

The journey back to her doesn’t have to be scary.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to rush.

Just trust your path.
Trust your heart.

Move with grace.
Stay open.

And slowly…
you’ll find your way back to her.
