Big news.....

ARIAD is expanding to Houston! 🎉

We are excited to now offer comprehensive testing services in the Houston area, including evaluations for autism, ADHD, and other developmental and mental health concerns for children, adolescents, and adults.

As we expand, we are looking to build strong connections with Houston-based clinics, ABA providers, pediatricians, speech pathologist, and therapy practices in need of a trusted referral source for high-quality, timely evaluations.

If you’re a provider in the Houston area, we would love to connect and collaborate. 🤝

Still taking this in…

I’ve been named a 2026 Dallas Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree!🏆🏅

This has truly been a dream of mine. Not just for the recognition, but for what it represents. The long days, the sacrifices, the moments of doubt, and the decision to keep going anyway, it all led here.

I am deeply honored to be included among such an incredible group of leaders, innovators, and changemakers. To be in the company of individuals who are impacting our communities in meaningful ways is something I don’t take lightly.

Grateful. Humbled. Inspired. And just getting started.

Thankful to Aguese for encouraging me to pursue it. He always encourages me and is my biggest fan!

Shout out to my amazing bestie City Council Woman Dr for writing the most amazing recommendation letter. It's always humbling to learn how others see you. The letter still makes me tear up.

Also to my tribe/community of amazing women, yall truly do inspire me to go for it all!

What's next???!?

Black folks, it is okay to seek therapy in response to what we are seeing & hearing.

Many of us are being triggered by narratives suggesting this violence is only now “bad” because white people are being harmed. This implies it was less serious when it was us.

That message cuts. It chips away at our sense of worth & safety.

If you feel angry, exhausted, or unsettled, that's okay. You are not overreacting. It is okay to not be okay with a narrative that continues to devalue us.

Therapy, individual and group, could be be beneficial in processing what you are experiencing and feeling....

More peace. More love. More joy. More abundance

01/14/2026

Social media often sells us the idea of “couple goals. "These perfect relationships curated by influencers and celebrities. The danger is forgetting these images are filtered, staged, and carefully edited to protect brands, not show reality.

When we compare our relationships to these online fantasies, we create unrealistic expectations. We may feel pressure to perform happiness, hide problems, or believe that love should always look glamorous and effortless. This can lead to dissatisfaction and insecurity.

Real love is built on communication, respect, and growth, not likes or aesthetics.

Which one of the symptoms have you experienced?

12/21/2025

As a woman with ADHD, the signs were always there.

But as I got older, one thing became very clear: if it wasn’t written down, it simply wasn’t going to happen.

That’s when I realized this wasn’t just “being busy” or “forgetful.”

What was it that made you realize it might be something else?
