It's Labor Day, and I'm realizing… the work never really ends. But I'm grateful we're able to work, create, dream, and build a life we love.

🌿 Mindful Monday | Labor Day

A little Labor Day reality check… 😂

This backyard is definitely a work in progress!

Between active kids, Texas heat, a hands-on fiancé who always has a project going, and all the things life brings… the work is never really done. 😂

But today I'm choosing to look at it differently.

The garden is ready for planting. 🌱
The basil is growing in the greenhouse. 🌿
The pool is ready.
The basketball hoop is ready. 🏀
The metal detector is ready for adventure. 😂

And there are plenty more projects and dreams ahead.

I'm grateful that we're able to work, create, dream, build, play, and make memories together.

Maybe life isn't supposed to be perfectly finished.

Maybe we're meant to enjoy the beauty while it's still becoming. 💜

Grateful for the work.
Grateful for the mess.
Grateful for the ordinary.
And grateful for this life. ♥️
