💜 October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Safe starts here.

Domestic violence affects the entire family, including children who witness or experience it. When a child’s safety requires placement in foster care, a caring foster family can provide stability, reassurance, and a safe place to begin healing.

That’s why we need foster parents. Open Hearts Children and Family Services is seeking individuals and families willing to offer children a safe, nurturing home during a difficult time.

You don’t have to be perfect. You do need to be safe, steady, and willing to learn. We’ll guide you through training and verification and support you along the way.

Because of YOU, our 2025 Angel Tree was a beautiful success!🎄

-145 foster children were sponsored
-🎁 Over 580 gifts were donated – including bikes, books, clothes, lap tops, cameras, gift cards, tablets & more
-🕒 130 volunteer hours were given
-💸 and $16,675 was spent making their holidays magical.

Because of YOU, Christmas was brighter for foster children in our local communities.
