✨ Mini Mommy Makeover. Maximum Transformation. ✨

This is an intraoperative look at one of my signature Mini Mommy Makeover procedures—a combination of a mini tummy tuck and natural fat transfer breast augmentation.

One of the most common questions I receive is, “What exactly is a mini tummy tuck?” The answer varies from surgeon to surgeon. In my practice, a mini tummy tuck is defined by a short, low bikini incision that stays inside the hip bones and rests below the underwear and swimsuit line, making it exceptionally well concealed once healed.

A modern mini tummy tuck is about much more than simply removing a small amount of skin. Every procedure is customized and typically includes:
✨ VASER® High-Definition ultrasound liposuction to sculpt the waist and create beautiful feminine curves.
✨ Three-vector corset muscle plication to restore core strength and flatten the abdomen.
✨ An umbilical float technique, allowing me to tighten the abdomen without creating a scar around the belly button in appropriately selected patients.
✨ A low, inconspicuous scar designed to remain hidden beneath panties and bikini bottoms.

To complete this mommy makeover, we repurposed the patient’s own fat—harvested during liposuction—and transferred it to the breasts for a subtle, natural enhancement using her own tissue.
