š What inspired you to work with neurodivergent clients?
Neurodivergence has always been a part of my life, and Iāve always felt at home around neurodivergent minds. I wanted to help create the kind of support that celebrates people for who they are rather than asking them to change. Becoming a therapist for neurodivergent people felt like a natural way to be part of that support system!
Ā
𩵠How would you describe your therapy style?
My approach is collaborative, curious, and playful! You know yourself best, and my job is to help you explore. I want you to get curious about you! I love learning about my clientsā interests and finding creative ways to make therapy accessible for every mind.
Ā
āļø How do you recharge and practice self-care?
Iām a voracious reader and an artist, and I love being outside, moving my body, and spending time with my favorite people and animals. Iām happiest when Iām exploring somewhere new, decorating my house, building LEGOs, eating good food, or just generally out and about!
Ā
š¬ Whatās something clients have told you they appreciate about you?
I value working with the whole family and helping everyone feel like part of the team, so some of the most meaningful feedback Iāve gotten has come from parents who appreciate feeling included and supported in the process.
š Whatās a core value that guides your work as a therapist?
Acceptance! People deserve to be seen, understood, and supported as they are, not for who someone else thinks they should be. My goal is always to help clients understand and embrace themselves while building a life that works for them.
