Mind Body Sleep had such a great time at the Senior Resource Fair sharing resources, talking all things sleep and brain health, and meeting so many wonderful people.

Our Sleep Wheel was a hit, the sleep sachets found happy homes, and we loved getting a chance to step outside the clinic and connect with our community. ✨

Feeling really grateful after our first FND support group tonight. It was a safe, welcoming space. So much warmth, clarity, and care. Thank you to everyone who showed up, shared, and made it what it was. Looking forward to many more!!

Flowers have always been one of my love languages. 🤍🌸

There’s something especially meaningful about receiving them from a patient. As clinicians, we pour so much care into the people we work with—and moments like this are such a sweet reminder that the connection and appreciation go both ways.

Took the MBS administrative headquarters on the road this week and somehow ended up working from a vineyard in Virginia with my amazing admin, Martha 🤩

We’re crossing things off the to-do list, brainstorming new ideas, and pretending this counts as suffering for our jobs. 😏
