Up to 80% of UV rays can still get through the clouds, which means sunburns are just as possible on an overcast day as they are on a sunny one.

Spending a lot of time in the pool or lake this summer? Watch out for swimmer’s ear.

Swimmer’s ear is an outer ear infection caused by water that gets trapped in the ear canal after swimming.

Common symptoms include itching or pain in the ear, muffled hearing, and pain when you tug your earlobe.
