💚 Hello, October! 💚 | Mental Health Awareness Month

October is a time to shine an extra light on mental health, encourage open conversations, and remind everyone of the importance of looking after our emotional wellbeing. 🌿

At NexYouth, mental health is at the heart of what we do every day. We know that mental health doesn't just affect one person, one age group, or one community it can impact us all in different ways.

This month, we want to continue encouraging conversations, challenging stigma, and reminding people that it's okay to ask for help, it's okay not to be okay, and you don't have to navigate things alone. 💚

Whether it's checking in with a friend, taking a moment for yourself, opening up about how you're feeling, or reaching out for support, even the smallest steps can make a difference.

🫶 A little reminder from us:
💚 Your feelings are valid.
💚 You deserve to be heard.
💚 Asking for help is a strength.
💚 You don't have to have all the answers.

Throughout October, we'll continue sharing reminders, advice, and resources to support your mental health and wellbeing, just as we do all year round.
Let's keep the conversation going, not just this month, but every month.
