Happy Fall! (finally arriving in North Texas).
With the equinox gone, the nights are longer and longer and the changes in the nature rhythms are faster. The same with human rhythms.
So it’s a good time to do a "system check" and get your Fall ACT dose. That means alignment, coordination, and tone. Happy 1st of May!
A new Trimester and a new schedule (at least for me – and I’ll update that soon).
It’s time to get some stuff done.
So if you still remember those New Year resolutions and you have not paid attention to the signals your body sent you all this time, now it’s time to do it.
