Women are less likely to receive bystander CPR due to fear, myths and misconceptions. We must do more to save women's lives.

Be ready to perform Hands-Only CPR whenever you see a teen or adult suddenly collapse, even if they are a woman. There are just two steps:

1. Call 911.
2. Push hard and fast on the center of the chest at a rate of 100-120 compressions per-minute until help arrives.

Join the American Heart Association at FIFA World Cup Fan Festivals in Atlanta, Dallas, New York/New Jersey and Philadelphia to spread the word that anyone can save a life. As a volunteer, you’ll help raise awareness about cardiac emergencies, teach Hands-Only CPR, and give others the skills and confidence to save a life. Training will be provided – no experience needed!
