A devotional recommendation for your healing journey 📖✨

This is a good one if you're struggling to read your Bible and need to get back into a routine.
It's really good for helping deepen your intimacy with Jesus.

Of course nothing replaces reading the Bible, but this might be something to check out.

Women's Recovery Group - Coming Soon! 🤍

Starting September 29th I'm running an 8 week Women's Recovery Group. It's a closed group via telehealth for Texas residents, so you can join from wherever you're at!

This is for the women who are tired of trying to heal in secret with shame. This will be a group of women that actually get it, no explaining yourself, no fear of being judged, just women who understand what it's like to carry this.

These are things I believe as a Christian therapist and will not apologize for saying out loud. Your faith and your mental health have always belonged in the same room and I genuinely love being a space where both are taken seriously. If any of this resonated, reach out because a free 15 minute consultation is waiting for you.

This is a small, closed group of 5 to 8 Christian women walking through an 8 week p**n addiction recovery journey together. It is faith integrated, clinically grounded, and built specifically for women who have been carrying this in silence and are finally ready to do something about it.

If you have been struggling with compulsive p**nography use and have never found a space that took both your faith and your real experience seriously at the same time, this group was built for you. You do not have to have it all figured out before you reach out. You just have to be willing to take the first step.

Here is what you need to know. The group starts Tuesday September 29th and meets weekly for 90 minutes. It is fully virtual so you can join from anywhere in Texas. The investment is 50 dollars per session, 400 dollars total, paid in full at enrollment. Spots are limited to 5 to 8 women so this will fill up.

A screening call is required before placement to make sure the group is a good fit for where you are. You can reach out by phone at 469 609 1879, by email at [email protected], or through the website at becomingeverfree.com.

You do not have to keep doing this alone. Freedom is possible and it starts September 29th.

You can be physically present with your spouse regularly and still feel completely disconnected, unseen, and like something important is missing. That hollow feeling is not ingratitude and it is not a verdict on your marriage. It is information. It means the emotional piece needs just as much intentional attention as the physical piece does. Both matter and one does not automatically take care of the other.
A free 15 minute consultation is available at becomingeverfree.com whenever you are ready.

If I could put one thing on a billboard for every Christian who has been told that struggling means their faith is not strong enough, it would be this.

Faith and therapy are not in competition. Going to therapy does not mean you do not trust God. It does not mean your prayer life is lacking. It does not mean you are weak or broken or doing Christianity wrong. It means you are taking seriously the mind and body God gave you and getting real support for what you are carrying.

If you have been sitting on the fence about reaching out because some part of you believes that needing help is a failure of faith, I want to gently challenge that. Getting support is not the opposite of trusting God. For a lot of people it is actually one of the most faithful things they have ever done.

A free 15 minute consultation is available at becomingeverfree.com whenever you are ready.
