Historic Liberty bank building in Dallas Farmers Market. The Studio offers lounge
and cubbie space for your convenience. V12 Yoga classes provide a yoga flow that builds energy using the power of vinyasa
flow. Our location brings yoga to Downtown Dallas and creates the experience that
is missing in the heart of

the Farmers Market district. With a mixture of ancient practice and modern everyday living, V12 Yoga teachers
teach you to connect with your inner power self. Classes will link breath with creative, modern power yoga flows for all levels. Mission
Our INTENT is to create a yoga community that inspires and practices on
building a better life to become a difference. Our PASSION is to offer a
unique yoga practice that builds energy, powerful strength, flexibility and

Veronica Torres Hazley didn’t set out to build a movement. She set out to heal. What started as her own journey through pain became Hey Chica!, a sisterhood built on advocacy, self-care, and leadership for Latinas across Dallas.
Through Hey Chica!, V12 Yoga, and Healthy Latina Lifestyle, Veronica has spent years showing women they don’t have to choose between ambition and identity. That strength and softness can live in the same person. That a role model isn’t someone without scars, but someone who turned hers into a way forward for others.
This is what it looks like when a city decides its women are worth building for.
