No circles of endless talking about your trauma. No rehashing the same story until the words loose meaning.

More than likely you’ve already done that. And it helped and now your body is asking for something different.

Talking about what happened and releasing what the body stored are two completely different things.

The ones you haven’t been able to hear
because the noise — the pace, the pressure,
the endless loop of what needs to happen next —
has been louder than your own knowing.
Here is the question I want to leave with you

Where are you creating your life from?
Stillness?
Or reactivity?
Sit with that. Don’t rush to answer it.

I am a recovering workaholic.
And as a business owner, it made absolutely no sense
to make my goal this year
to take intentional time off every three months.
But that’s what my body asked for.
So I listened.
And here’s what happened —
I started hitting my income goals with more ease.
Not despite the rest. Because of it.
Because I was nourished. Replenished. Calmer.

I’m going to let someone else do the talking today.
