Teacher Training Facility Spotlight! ⚡️
We are so excited to introduce you to one of our amazing yoga teacher training faculty members!
Althea is a 550-hour certified yoga teacher whose teaching is rooted in mindful movement, breath, self-inquiry, and the philosophy of yoga. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at The Salty Buddha in Massachusetts and continued her studies through advanced 300-hour training in Rishikesh, India, and Bali.
Althea is trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, with additional certifications in Barre and Pilates. Her teaching weaves together asana, pranayama, meditation, and yogic philosophy to create practices that invite students to move beyond the physical and cultivate greater awareness, presence, and connection.
Althea has taught across a variety of studio environments and is passionate about creating thoughtful, accessible, and intentional practices while encouraging students to develop their own authentic voice and relationship with yoga.
As a teacher, Althea believes that yoga is not simply something we practice on the mat, but a way of relating to ourselves and to the world around us. She is honored to support the next generation of teachers as they deepen their practice, expand their understanding of yoga, and discover their own unique voice as teachers.
Applications are open for our upcoming yoga teacher training in January 2027. Visit flowonmain.com for more details and to apply.
