Last Friday, we were happy to host Hamilton Hour, where members of the community came together to connect and learn more about our Breast Health Campaign!

We were glad to feature Dr. Adrian Miller, a board-certified radiologist specializing in breast imaging, alongside Reyne Gallup, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hamilton Medical Center, as they shared how we’re expanding access to breast health services right here in our community.

Early detection saves lives, and ensuring access to screenings is critical to improve outcomes and helping more people get the care they need, when they need it.

Thank you to all who joined us! Learn how to make an impact today through the link in our bio! 🩷

Congratulations to six Hamilton Long Term Care (HLTC) associates recognized with the Respect And Honor Your Elderly (RAHYE) Award, celebrating outstanding dedication to resident care, family relationships, and teamwork.

Founded by Alice Yim and her late husband, Chang Yim, of Dalton, the RAHYE Foundation endowment was created to support both long-term care residents and the compassionate staff who serve them. Each year, two associates from Ridgewood Manor, Quinton Memorial, and Regency Park receive a cash award. Employees may be nominated either in the nursing or support category, and recipients are chosen based on five key aspects of their work: self-discipline, self-control, resident relationships, family relationships, and teamwork.

Award recipients from left to right are Bridget Saddler (Quinton), Jazmine Trejo (Quinton), Gorgonio Gemina (Regency), Crystal Wilcox (Regency), Brandy Miller (Ridgewood), and Elizabeth Palma (Ridgewood).

Thank you all for the difference you make each day!

Today we celebrated Debra Dunn and her incredible 35-year legacy of teaching at the Bradley Wellness Center! As the very first campaign of the Whitfield Healthcare Foundation (1984-1986), the Bradley Wellness Center has long been a place of health and connection, and Debra has been at the heart of it for decades.

Through her instruction and her unwavering commitment to healthy living, Debra has touched countless lives in our community. She and her husband, Steve, have also been steadfast supporters of the Foundation, and we are deeply grateful for their ongoing commitment to helping Hamilton provide quality healthcare and wellness for all.

Please join us in thanking Debra and wishing her and Steve much joy in this next chapter!

We’re proud to share our second patient story - featuring Holly Williams!

After spending over 25 years calling Dalton, Georgia home, Holly remained proactive about her health. With a strong family history of cancer, she knew she was considered high-risk - even with a negative BRCA test. During a routine screening interval, her care team recommended advanced imaging with an MRI.

That decision led to the early detection of DCIS, something that was not seen on her mammogram. Because it was caught early and the cancer had not spread, Holly was able to complete 15 treatments of radiation. She says, “Living in a community like this really has its advantages because we have such high-quality healthcare, and I was so pleased with everything!”

Holly’s story shows why personalized breast health care and early detection matter.
